Designing and Implementing Successful Water Supply and Sanitation Utility Reform: March 19, 2012 - April 29, 2012

To help support reform in the water and sanitation sector, the World Bank Institute has developed this course to provide government officials, senior managers of utilities, and technical staff with the knowledge, skills, and tools for initiating and sustaining reform. The course consists of lessons, case studies, and exercises supports stakeholders to reform water utility programs.
