As part of the World Bank-Austria Urban Partnership Program (UPP) a City to City Dialogue will be held in Skopje on November 14-15, 2017. The objective of the conference is to share good practices and findings from the Municipal Finance Self-Assessment (MFSA) and Urban Audit, and discuss implementation challenges Local Governments in the Region are facing.
The event will gather over 100 representatives from seven South-East Europe (SEE) countries from central and local government, including technical departments, finance, investment programming, urban planning; representatives from Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Local Self Government, Local Government Associations, NALAS, and civil society. This year City to City Dialog will welcome several guests from Eastern Partnership countries (Armenia, Georgia, Ukraine and Moldova) which are part of the European Commission Program – Mayors for Economic Growth. It will be a great opportunity for exchange and learning experience beyond SEE region.
